Greetings from Bootsie Ellis.
I can't believe it's been so long since I blogged, but we're back and raring to get started. We added beadweaving - crochet bags, hats, and gloves to our repertoire. Hope you like our style.

Dressing Up and Dressing Down: Fads vs Fashion : Let's Get Accessorized!!
FADS:
In 2016, I'd like to concentrate on three things in your wardrobe of Accessories.
1. Accessories that are FADS, might last awhile and some are gone in a flash.
2. Accessories that are FADDISH. Faddish accessories are bought by huge numbers of people. When you see yourself walking everywhere you go, coming and going, you have purchased a Faddish accessory. Faddish is usually very expensive at the height its popularity, like those heavy, gaudy, big hoop earrings, that can change the shape of your earlobe, turn pea green.
3. Accessories which represent FASHION, and rarely go out of style. Fashion Accessories, like fashion, lasts year after year and into generations. You can dress up or you can dress down, and these accessories will stay with you for a lifetime. I'm a craft artist, and I love designing fashion accessories. I especially like mixing my accessories up for indoor and outdoor wear. That is my line of interest and my expertise. My mother was the clothes horse in the family, and when she bought her accessories, they got passed down to me, her only daughter.
There are so many ways to get Accessorized, today that even women are overwhelmed with what to buy, for a gift as well as for themselves. Certainly, the retail is out there so we shouldn't feel like we can't find what we want - but can we? Sure, some of us find too much to buy, but who in retail is complaining about that. I still love to shop, but thanks to my mom, I have a stable of clothes and Accessories that I can and will wear and cherish for the rest of my life,
Women's fashion, standing alone or on it's own, is a TRILLION dollar business.Make sure you get what you pay for and it lasts. Jammin Jammies

The Big Picture : Bringing Your Plan to Fruition
Fruition:
completion: a state or point in which something has come to maturity or had a desired outcome
Our plans have come to fruition.
2. enjoyment of intended outcome: the enjoyment of a desired outcome when it happens.
When you makes plans, do you write them down first and study them so that you can find the best way to bring all your ideas to the foerfront and fruition? Can you actually see your plan being carried out in your minds eye and hear the conversations and voices of the players you[ve invited into the inner sanctum of your plan? Can you feel the reaction of people who like your plan and say thumbs up -- total strangers with smiles on their faces, commenting and recommending you on their blogs and websites? Yes I Can.
What about, someone from across the street or across an ocean contacting you, because they, too, can see your vision? If you can experience the connection between your plan and the reaction of others to your plan, in a positive way, then you have created, the big picture, and it's just a matter of time before the fruits of your labor fulfill your expectations.
Never let anyone take away your joy or the rewards of planning and then seeing the plan come to it full fruition.
I want to thank a woman in Australia who read my blog and took the time to connect with me. I want to thank another woman, in California , who saw my vision and opened doors so I could enter and build, and bring my plan to fruition. We're Jammin.
